Saturday Mornings:

 

Ride and run at Centennial Park. Last year a few of us rode for about an hour then ran 8-10kms around the park. This is good base training that will keep you in shape over winter.

Also possibly a ride from Centennial down to La Perouse. More details to come.

 

 

Sunday Mornings:

 

There are plenty of Balmoral members who do rides up to Akuna Bay, West Head, Palm Beach etc

 

 

Weekday Mornings:

 

Various rides and runs around the lower north shore.

 

 

Swimming:
